Hey guys! just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm Sandy... 19 years old. I've suffered from what everyone always thought was extreme shyness during my childhood.. but then once I warmed up to people I was the loudest kid in the room. However through the years.. I feel as though I can't live a normal life with my anxiety and SF. Whatever I am engaging in.. the whole time i'm thinking about what other peolpe are thinking, what's going on, etc. My heart starts pounding and I can't take it. I've also found it extremely hard to have relations with guys because sometimes I feel as though I psychically can't do it because of the anxiety. blaaaah... but I'm glad I found this forum of people who can probably understand what goes on throughout the day. I look forward to learning a lot from your posts and experiences Very Happy
