That isn't quite true, if you have a paid host for your forum you can just edit the php file with the <head> tags. Most forums are PHP/MySQL based and css skinned. |

| I don't understand what you mean by "codes" it's not really like that. Look up HTML Syntax which I find is good to learn first. Then do smoe basic page layouts trying new things. |
