| OK, I am finally starting to make tracks with overcoming my anxiety. I am now slightly confident in asking others to do things. However, if I hear the person I am asking breathe sighs of seeming discontent over the phone, I am under the impression that they do not want to go with me, despite the fact that they seem enthusicastic to go. This makes me apprehensive about going with them. What can I do to overcome this |

When you go out do you go in a small group? It might make them feel more comfortable about going out with you if there are other people that they know. _________________ Read the advertisement rules:
