| Nice. You should learn some brazilian jiu-jitsu, with the muay thai. Then you will be a complete fighter on the ground and standing up. |

Yes.
I do two one hour to one and a half hour runs a week, two hour long weight sessions, and well as an hour long boxing session weekly.
I throughly enjoy working out and I find it helps to combat my depression that I sometimes experience.
