Has anyone ever heard of thyroid cancer??
I've heard of thyroid gland but it's the first time that I hear of thyroid cancer. At 63 years old now, my granny has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer in her neck. It is told that it should be treated as soon as possible so that it doesn’t spread through out the body. Surgery can be done but you cannot trust on it coz the cancer can come back again in some years. My granny had prefer to be on medication and our family doctor has prescribed her with synthroid (cytomel t4).
I want to know if I could get some information on this medication, please. Has anyone ever heard of synthroid?? Or has anyone ever used it for your thyroid disease??
