Hello, my name is Irene and I am 43 yrs. old. I joined this group because I am feeling depressed. I have been shy as far back as I can remember. It is ruining my life. I have two kids, one 23, and one 14. I have been divorced for 12 yrs. I hate being shy and want to get out of it, to me it is a handicap, it holds me back from enjoying life. Crying or Very sad
