What is the best SSRI for Social Anxiety?
Is it Lexapro, Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft?

| The best medication is philosophy, love, exercise, and the courage to take risks. Ya know, what people did before drugs became mainstream. Have you ever considered the idea that people are supposed to experience pain? |

I think this is a dangerous question, because different people react very differently to different antidepressants! the only way to find out what's best for you is to try out under the supervision of an experienced psychiatrist. _________________ German-speaking Love-shyness Homepage |

I agree with grasshopper. It's like the movie "Click", if you fast forward your life past all the pain and discomfort then you'll miss your entire life.
I've tried lots of meds and shrinks and the only thing that has helped me is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT says anxiety isn't the enemy, avoidance is. |
