seriously cant cope anymore, the anxiety is making my physically sick.. i've got chronic insomnia and i've been spewing up constantly.. im worried im gonna lose my job since I must look a state all the time from lacking sleepk. i had to get picked up from work yesterday after having the worst panic attack in a long time, and when i got home i spewed until i coughed up blood. ive got a really great job and if i lose it i wont have the confidence to find another

went to see the doc, and hes decided to refer me for a blood test to check for diabetes and thyroid problems.. Rolling Eyes as well as referring me to the counselor again even though I've told him the last time was useless. i just want to see a psychiatrist, i need some therapy and some medication or something.. talking about it with someone just gets me frustrated and doesnt seem to help

feel so hopeless and losing the will to carry on. ive got no1 to turn to.. none of my friends understand because i come across as a confident extrovert when im around them, and i feel ashamed to get them involved in this mess.

almost feel like checking myself into a psyche ward i'm literally going insane

Man that sucks. Did you tell your doc that you wanted to see a psychiatrist?

you lot seem to have no idea! i cant leave the house! i have only coped my using alcohol! i absolutely hate the stuff now! but its the only way i can feel confident enough actually no its the only way i can feel normal like i was before this anxiety took over! ypou lot seem to have it easy being able to go to work!

You can't leave the house? I think that is called agoraphobia. I admit, you have it worse than I do.

So what do you do most of the day?
